At Ha Tien Island ( Peam), you’ll see many vendors up and down the beach , like this sale woman , who was carrying the mini charcoal grill with her along with the baskets of dried salty fish and squids. They would grill right on spot for you. The Khmer Krom men loves chewy squids but the women prefer fillet of sweet, salty, and spicy dried fish with black pepper on top. Yum, yum , good. :)
