Jackfruit is very popular fruit in Kampuchea Krom.
The green Jackfruit are use for cooking and the ripe Jackfruit meats is a deliciously sweet treat. There are many products that made with Jackfruit, ice-cream, cake…… just to name a few. Boiled Jackfruit seeds are also one of my favorites.
